| Interim Dean of Human Performance Visited Tsinghua，BVA & TFSU Beijing, China- February 12-18, 2006, Dr. Jill W. Varnes, Interim Dean, College of Health and Human Performance of the University of Florida, visited the Tsinghua University, the Beijing Volunteer Association and the Tianjin Foreign Studies University. She discussed the possible collaboration with the universities and association on health and event management. 2006年02月12日到17日：UF 体育学院院长访问清华大学、北京志愿者协会和天津外国语大学 2006年02月12日到17日，佛罗里达大学体育学院院长Jill Varnes博士先后访问了清华大学体育教研部、清华大学继续教育学院，探讨了在健康管理领域、大型赛事管理等专业领域合作的可行性。访问了北京志愿者协会，与北京志愿者协会的领导进行了会谈，并基于已有的合作意向，分别就奥运会志愿者培训项目、佛罗里达大学学生参与中国志愿者活动等议题进行了较为深入的探讨。2006年02月17日，佛罗里达大学健康与人体机能学院院长Jill Varnes博士应邀访问了天津外国语大学，与该校签署了体育教育合作项目协议。
