Aims and Objectives: This module provides an appreciation of how the overall schedule of an international construction project is established, including overall durations and phasing and review points; the principles of logistics planning; and the practicalities of detailed network scheduling.

Construction Value Management

Classical value management/engineering principles; practical applications for designers, contractors, suppliers and other construction functions will be described. Students will conduct full-scale VM/VE studies of recent, actual international projects.
